Cruising is our favorite vacation!! All-inclusive vacations, what’s not to love??

We have been taking a cruise every other year during the week of our anniversary.

Our first-ever cruise was on the Carnival Fantasy, one of Carnival’s smallest (if not the smallest) ships. Our most recent cruise was on the Mardi Gras, one of Carnival’s BIGGEST ships! From the food (and believe me, there is a lot of food to choose from), to the ports, to the amazing staff and people you meet, cruising is one of our favorite types of vacation. Check out below for some of our favorite moments on our last cruise.

My experience swimming with dolphins at Amber Cove was the absolute best!! It’s an experience that I will always remember.

There is nothing like authentic rice and beans from Puerto Rico and Amber Cove. Yum!!!
